Resumes are reviewed as required and job seekers will be contacted if there is a possible match.
Resume Database
Whether or not a job seeker is contacted directly by one our recruiters, resumes will be filed in our database so that we can match job seeker skills with the requirements of other job positions or other opportunities in the future. Resumes are not presented to any clients without the express permission of a potential candidate.
Qualifying
When job opportunities arise, job seekers who are qualified by skill set, experience, income expectations, location, and other relevant job criteria will be contacted.
Interviews
Job seekers who are on a short-list are first interviewed by a recruiter and subsequent interviews are done directly by our clients.
Hiring
Final selection of the candidate is done by our clients in consultation with us following their required hiring procedures. IT headhunter presents job offers to the selected candidate.
We operate as a retained recruiter for companies, and there are no fees for candidates. Our priority is to make the best match between our candidates and our clients so that the work relationship is a long term success.
