Resumes are not presented to any clients without the express permission of a potential candidate.
When job opportunities arise, job seekers who are qualified by skill set, experience, income expectations, location, and other relevant job criteria will be contacted.
Job seekers who are on a short-list are first interviewed by a recruiter and subsequent interviews are done directly by our clients.
Final selection of the candidate is done by our clients in consultation with us following their required hiring procedures. IT headhunter presents job offers to the selected candidate.
